Application Access
This menu allows you to manage application access for each member. A member must be assigned to a specific group in order to access the application.

Screen Access can only be configured if the group is already associated with the application. The access hierarchy works as follows: Application Access comes first, followed by Screen Access.
Create New Group
To create a group, click the blue + New Group button located in the top-right corner. When creating a group, you can do the following:
- Assign a Group Name (It’s recommended to use unique names to avoid confusion)
- Select users to be included in the group (You can choose more than one user)
- Choose the applications that the group members will have access to (Multiple applications can be selected)
Edit Group
To edit a group, click the Action button on the right side of each row under Application Access. You can perform the following actions:
- Edit the group name
- Re-select users to be added to the group
- Remove existing users from the group
- Re-select applications to be accessed by the group members
- Remove applications currently accessible to the group members
